SolarScope
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
Information collected
When you request a financial report, SolarScope collects your business and contact details, property inputs, estimator results, project timing, decision role, campaign attribution, and the consent record needed to provide the requested services.
How information is used
We use the information to calculate and deliver your requested report, respond to commercial-solar inquiries, improve the estimator, measure which campaigns lead to report requests, and—only where you separately authorize it—match your request with selected commercial-solar providers.
Optional provider matching
Provider matching is optional. When you select the provider-matching authorization, SolarScope may share the contact information and project-request details you provided with a limited number of selected commercial-solar providers, developers, installers, financing partners, or energy advisors so they can contact you about this property. Selecting this authorization is not required to download your financial report.
Campaign measurement
If present, campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content are stored with a report request. This helps identify the referring campaign or embedded website; it is not used to make automated eligibility decisions.
Sharing and retention
Lead information is sent to the configured business lead-management destination and may be retained for sales, service, matching, and reporting purposes. We do not share your request with provider partners unless you chose the optional provider-matching authorization. SolarScope does not sell information to data brokers.
Your choices
You may decline provider matching and still receive your report. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your provider-matching authorization by contacting the business that operates this estimator. You may also decline report-email delivery and use the immediate browser download instead.
